Cima Senior Living officially announces its launch as a dedicated senior living operator, with a mission to deliver exceptional resident experiences through operational excellence, strong team leadership, and values-based care.

Founded by Jonathan Judd, a veteran of the senior living industry who has overseen more than 750 communities throughout his career, Cima Senior Living was created to meet a simple but ambitious standard: every resident deserves to live in a community where the care is personal, the environment is beautiful, and every detail, from the greeting at the front door to the quality of the meal on the table, is treated as though it matters profoundly.

"At the core of this business are families making one of the hardest decisions of their lives," said Judd. "We don't take that lightly. We built this company to rise to that moment, with empathy, precision, and a deep sense of responsibility."

Cima Senior Living brings together decades of expertise in assisted living and memory care, combined with a modern approach to community management. The company's focus areas include personalized, relationship-centered care delivered by compassionate, well-trained teams; thoughtfully designed communities with beautiful interiors, landscaped grounds, and welcoming common spaces; chef-prepared dining programs using fresh, seasonal ingredients; and advanced resident safety technology, including real-time fall-detection monitoring across all communities.

The name "Cima" means summit, the highest point, reflecting the standard the company has set from day one. Every decision, from the team members selected to the renovations invested in, is guided by a single question: is this good enough for our own family?

Cima Senior Living is currently operating communities in Texas and Oklahoma, with continued growth planned across select U.S. markets.
